EXTRA LIGHT
Evenly light-colored kernels of nuts with practically no dark-straw and / or lemon-yellow shades and absence of dark brown tones.

 

 

 

 

 LIGTH 
 Dark-soled and / or lemon-yellow shades. No more than 15% there are more dark tones.

 

 

 

 

 LIGHT AMBER
 Color of light amber. No more than 15% there are more dark tones.

 

 

 

 AMBER
 The color of dark amber. No more than 10% there are more dark tones.

 

 

 

CLASSIFICATION FOR NUCLEAR SIZE

 

HALF
Walnut butterfly is divided into two approximately equal parts - the halves of the core. At the same time, 85% - 90% of all selected nuts, according to the standard - whole halves, the remaining 10% - kernels, the size of at least 2/3 halves

 

 

 

QUARTER
It represents one quarter of the kernel. All kernels are divided into four approximately equal parts, in the selected number of nuts admixture of 10% of large pieces is allowed. The average batch diameter is usually 7-20 mm.

 

 

 

EIGHTH
Usually a piece constituting 1/8 of the core, the average diameter is 6-14 mm, while in each selected quantity of nuts 10% of pieces not less than 3 mm in diameter are allowed.

 

 

 

MIX
They are a mixture of eight, quarter and butterflies. Usually in a mix of 30% is a walnut butterfly and the remaining 70% - a walnut eight and a quarter

Small pieces. The dimensions of the small pieces of the core vary from 4 to 6 mm, that is, the particle does not pass through the holes of the 3 mm sieve.
